Prestige Estates has incorporated TPCM Educare LLP as a step-down subsidiary to carry on real estate development, leasing, and allied activities.

GP Petroleums has entered into an agreement with Aspam Caravan Logistics Parks Private Ltd to purchase land and a building (warehouse) measuring 4.625 acres, situated at Raliawas, Haryana, for Rs 30 crore. Purchase of a warehouse property to ensure long-term operational stability, reduce recurring rental expenditure, convert operating expense into a capital asset, enhance operational control over logistics infrastructure, and support long-term business growth.

Kesar India informed the exchanges of the acquisition of 5.10 hectares of land in Nagpur, Maharashtra, bringing its total landholding to 9.10 hectares and an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 200 crore. The acquisition strengthens the company’s project pipeline and reinforces its growth strategy in emerging markets.

IRB Infrastructure has said that IRB InvIT Fund has executed definitive agreements to acquire VM7 Expressway Private Limited, advancing its strategic expansion in India’s infrastructure sector. As part of the comprehensive transaction structure, the trust has entered into Project Implementation Agreements with the sponsor. These agreements establish a clear operational framework for the VM7 Project going forward. Under the terms of these agreements, IRB Infrastructure Private Limited will assume the role of Project Manager for the VM7 Project upon the closing of the share purchase agreement.
